For orders delivered in the contiguous US:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unworn, and unwashed items within 90 days for a full refund of the purchase price. For your convenience, a pre-paid return shipping label is included in your package.
If you are exchanging an item, there is no charge for using this label. However, if you are returning an item for a refund without an exchange, a $6.95 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
If you did not receive a return label or have misplaced it, please contact Customer Service at 888-260-7676, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM PT. We’ll be happy to email you a new one promptly.
For orders delivered outside the contiguous US:
- We will not accept returns for merchandise that has been worn, altered, washed, or is otherwise not in its original condition.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part. In such instances, you will be credited for the original shipping cost.
- Upon receipt of your return, Sportif reserves the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet our return policy requirements.
- Unless you are placing a new order for an exchange, a $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total when using our pre-paid return label.
We are only able to accept returns for items purchased directly from Sportif.com. If you purchased your item from an independent retailer or another online store, please follow their return policy and procedures.
Return processing typically takes 7–10 business days from the date your package is delivered to our warehouse.
Please note that during peak periods—such as holidays, promotional events, or sales—processing times may be longer than usual.
Once your return is processed, please allow an additional 2–7 business days for your credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

Gift Returns:
Please complete the section labeled "How to Return Gifts" at the bottom of the return form with your contact information. You may also use the blank space provided to let us know what you would like in exchange.
Credits:
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase, including disposable gift cards. If you plan to return an item, please have the original payment method available, as the refund will be credited back to that card.
Please note that it may take your credit card provider an additional 2–7 business days to post the refund to your account after it has been processed.
Exchanges:
For credit card security purposes, exchanges are processed in two steps: return and reorder. You will need to place a new order, which will be charged to your credit card. Your original item can then be returned for a refund in accordance with our return policy.
Note:
While we aim to process all returns within one week of receipt at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days—or 14 business days during the holiday season—for your return or exchange to be completed.
For your protection, we recommend insuring your return package. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed by our Returns Team.

Price Adjustments:
We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within fourteen (14) days of your original purchase date. To request a price adjustment for an online purchase, please contact us at 888-260-7676, or email [email protected]within the 14-day window. Be sure to include your order number in your message.
